Roshni L. Koli, MD

Dr. Roshni Koli is an experienced child and adolescent psychiatrist and respected healthcare leader focused on innovative solutions to create meaningful, effective mental health care for all.
She currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for the Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute. Prior to this, she served on the frontlines of the youth mental health crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic and led the development of the pediatric mental health service line at Dell Children's Medical Center.  She is a thoughtful, innovative leader who values collaborative relationships with physicians, psychologists, behavioral health clinicians, and community members.  She continuously strives to achieve goals of reducing stigma of mental health, increasing access to care, and ensuring that there is no difference between physical and mental health care for all children and families.
